Origins
Starting in 2017, when all of us met in Architecture school, Erregatti was driven by a need to have locally made journals that were good enough to handle the needs of writers, artists, designers and the everyday carry; all while being a testament to the richness of the region through our material selection.
We believe that Kenya, and by extension, Africa, has a lot to offer the world. From the abundance of materials, to the amazing minds that exist on this side of the world. Our contribution to this, using locally sourced materials, is the best handmade journal that the region can give.
