Erregatti is a company created by a group of Kenyan youth who are passionate about art, design and architecture and the handmade journals are one of their flagship products.

All books are made by hand, from the preparation of the locally sourced leather to the hand-tearing of each piece of paper, parallel to its grain, so as to give it the deckled edge that complements the cover when bound.

Through the purchase of these journals, you support a whole team of Kenyan youth, from the people involved in the stitching of each journal to those that cut the leather and deal with the design, sourcing and delivery of both materials and the finished products.
