How long does it take to fulfil an order?

Local orders (Kenya) take about 2-3 days to be fulfilled, while international orders can take a bit longer depending on the country/location of delivery.

Upon ordering, we will get back to you within 24 hours to update you on the expected delivery date of your purchase.

Can I have my logo on the front of the journal?

Yes, we do offer specially branded journals for corporate gifts and institutions.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. 

The leather colour may however differ slightly because of the tanning process. Original leather, unlike its synthetic/plastic counterparts, may carry a few imperfections that give each book their unique character.

Do you deliver outside Kenya?

Yes.

We have partnered with DHL to ensure that wherever you are around the world, your purchase can be fulfilled.

The shipping costs will be communicated upon confirmation of your order as we are working on integrating the delivery costs within the checkout section.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Upon payment, a receipt/proof of purchase, will be emailed to you right away and the process to begin fulfilling your order will begin.

We will reach out as soon as possible (within 24 hours) to update you on the progress and expected delivery date of your purchase.

Can I refill my pages once the journal is full?

We know the tight bond that forms between a user and the journal, especially since leather develops a unique patina over its period of use. For our standard journals, the paper and leather are bound during the stitching process.  

We offer the option to restitch new pages within your old leather cover whenever your journal is full. Just give us a call and let us know how we can schedule the pick-up.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes.

We are actively working on ensuring that all products listed in our shop are available for purchase to ensure that the fulfilment time is much faster.
