This A5 leather journal, which is similar to most other journal sizes. was made for this.
It comes in 6 leather colours and 256 pages of handtorn paper. The journal has three variations for the pages (plain pages, ruled/lined pages, dotted pages) and you can select the one that suits your need the best.

Dotted Pages – best for design work and bullet journaling (the dot-grid on the pages is spaced 5mm apart)
